​​Payment and Shipping

Credit and Debit cards are accepted via the web site and POS. After payment is approved, your purchase will go to the shipping area where your products are packaged for shipping. If you are in the 40-mile radius and would prefer to pay in cash, please call (417) 293-2229. I will take your order and make arrangements for pick up or delivery.

Shipping is done by USPS calculations on size of Flat Rate Boxes for all orders outside of our 40-mile local area radius. FREE standard shipping on all orders of $ 75.00 or more. Order must process to a single US address only. Excludes Oversized packaging. There is no signature required unless requested.
There is no shipping cost for local purchases within the 40-mile radius, there is a $2.00 delivery charge. Delivery will be arranged with each local customer.
Your products will be shipped via USPS Flat Rate Mail unless stated otherwise. We normally ship within 3 business days. Saturday, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days.

Will I Receive a Tracking Number?

All USPS Mail Shipments include tracking numbers that are relayed to you at the time of shipping.

Returns & Refunds ?

Any items damaged due to shipping will be replaced. Proof of shipping damage is the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us within 14 days, keep all damaged product, shipping materials and follow instructions listed below. Also, if you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us immediately. If you want to return your Kozy Corn Sack purchase, you have 30 days from the mailing date to advise us of the return. At that time, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number ( RAN ) via email. This number is to be placed inside of the package and handwritten on the outside of the package before mailing the return product. Approved refunds or replacement product will be processed after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Returns Not Accepted Related TO:
Overheating (burned corn and/or fabric)
Water or other liquid damage
Fabric tears or physical damage

Are There Discounts or Codes Available ?

We offer a 15% discount on orders for 3 or more corn sacks. If you purchase 2 Additional cases, you can get a third one for 50% off. Current customers are notified via email of special promotions. Special Orders​
Custom and Holiday orders are welcome with a 50% deposit. Please send an e mail or call with your request. These orders will be processed in office. You will receive a customized invoice by email for approval and payment.
